2.3.19 mcdx bug

Tried installing a CD, which gave a whole lot of messages such as:

Oct 9 10:38:50 lightside kernel: _isofs_bmap: block >= EOF (153, 293226)

but since I knew the CD was fine and it apparently was reading ok, I
decieded to ignore the messages. Unfortunately, after a while, the kernel
entered an endless loop spewing something similar to:

VM: killing klogd
