Re: 2.3.21 "/dev/dsp: Cannot allocate memory" [WORKAROUND]

The problem seems to be that CONFIG_SOUND_DMAP=y
is now needed in 2.3.21, but this option is not available
if OSS is a loadable module.

The workaround is to make OSS non-loadable.
