That's right. The RPC queue feels it is unable to send for some
reason, hence all the slots are taken.
Could you check whether you're getting messages of the sort
RPC: xxxx TCP write queue full (task yyyy)
when you do 'echo 1 >/proc/sys/rpc_debug'
