I decided to change for 2.3.xxx series (because of aty128fb support).
Everything works good only if I turn on apm support I have to turn on
magic sysrq (exported symbol sysrq_power_off wanted in apm.c, defined
in sysrq.c). I don't know if it is not a feature of development kernels.
I appreciate that Andre Hedrick's patch appeared right in the kernel.
But I'm still not able to use DMA and 2nd CD-ROM.
I tried all of the relevant menuconfig switches to tweak it but I'm
still getting these annoying messages:

I've "solved" it by not turning on DMA automatically on booting.
As the second, when I try to mount CD in my 2nd CD-ROM, I get this:
