If you're using a pen and paper, it gets a lot easier if you preprint an
'oops form' with all the headers, into which you just write the numbers -
there's less to write and you're far less likely to miss bits out.

We probably ought to throw together such a template for each architecture and
stick it in the Documentation directory for such purposes.

Here's a start: Documentations/oops/i386:

current->tss.cr3 = ________, %cr3 = ________

*pde = ________

Oops: ____

CPU: __

EIP: ____:[<________>]

EFLAGS: ________

eax: ________ ebx: ________ ecx: ________ edx: ________

esi: ________ edi: ________ ebp: ________ esp: ________

ds: ____ es: ____ ss: ____

Process _______ (pid:___, process nr: ___, stackpage=________)

Stack: ________ ________ ________ ________ ________ ________ ________ ________

________ ________ ________ ________ ________ ________ ________ ________

________ ________ ________ ________ ________ ________ ________ ________

Call Trace: [<________>] [<________>] [<________>] [<________>] [<________>] [<________>] [<________>]

[<________>] [<________>] [<________>] [<________>] [<________>] [<________>] [<________>]

[<________>] [<________>] [<________>] [<________>] [<________>] [<________>] [<________>]

Code: __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __
