If a message couldn't be delivered, it is returned to its sender,
along with a description of the error. This is a bounce message.
You can reject mail which was bounced by your own MTAs by filtering on
the From: header. You can't reliably reject all bounce messages, as
you can't reliably determine whether a given message is a bounce
message.
