Loadbalansing between 2 (or more) ISP...

Is there a way to do load-balancing between 2 leased lines? I guess it
would be something like eql, but not quite that either.

We have currently a 128k and 512k leased line, and to start with I want
to route our internal->external traffic to the least busy ISP.

Please advice
