hostname problem when serve website by dhcp

Dear chuck:

I use dns2go's software,try to server web by apache, but I did not know
why apache keep access the hostname (which I did not know at where in my
rh8) not my intend-the one I registered in dns2go.com(linuxspc.dns2go.com)
so it keep as refused to connect, and it error log is

Configuration Failed
------------------------------------(I also ever change port 80 to 79 ,
