Thanks to all, I think I finally understand the vlsm.

Well the solution sounds as following:

172.25.156.0/25 containing 126 hosts
172.25.156.128/27
172.25.156.160/27 containing both 30 hosts
172.25.156.192/28 containing 14 hosts

I just didn't think about the host bits and only considered the net
bits, sorry for not thinking _before_ posting...
