What do you want exactly?

ip route list match 10.0.1.2/8

is equivalent to

ip route list match 10.0.0.0/8

as you have specified that only the highmost 8 bits are relevant in the address.


To change your routing use "ip route add/del".

To include the source address in your routing decisions see "ip rule add/remove" and the Linux Advanced Routing howto.
