Its a linux knfsd bug.

This is the correct fix. The other workaround is to update
your knfsd to the latest (there isnt an RH rpm of this yet
but you can grab the latest and build your own)

Also if you are using Solaris 2.5.1 and mounting the other
way be sure to get the sun fixes if you see corrupt files
