Hello all,
info:
On our linux-server is running
SuSE 6.2 kernel 2.2.10
dial-on-demand via ISDN -> provider -> internet
task:
We have a pop3-account on provider-side with all mails for @domain.de =
and @domain.com. linux should copy frequently all mails to the local =
maschine.
We have 5 defined user but about 10 email-names. linux should now put =
all mails in the right local-account. i.e. emails for group@domain.com =
to user1@intra.net and user3@intra.net, emails for user2@domain.de to =
user2@intra.net, emails for unknown@domain.com to admin@intra.net and so =
on...
If there is an email to problem@domain.de linux should put it in accout =
boss@intra.net and send back a defined auto-answer.
questions:
Is fetchmail the right program to do this?
If not, which program can do this job?
How can I configure this?
What does fetchmail with mails from a mailing-list (problem marked in =
man-page)?
Is there a k-frontend to admin this problem?
thanx 2 all
m.
p.s. up to now a win95-maschine is doing this job with vpop3
