[PATCH v1] arm64: dts: qcom: qcs6490-rb3gen2: Add firmware-name to QUPv3 nodes

Add firmware-name property to qupv3_id_0 and qupv3_id_1 to specify the
QUPv3 firmware ELF (qupv3fw.elf).
