Oops, that's a leftover from a cherry-pick.
I test the patches also on a machine with the e1000e card running an
old kernel so I move patches back and forth.
Surely I ran `git add -A` thinking that .orig and .rej were in
.gitignore but apparently it isn't.

I will submit next week, sorry.
