[PATCH] dt-bindings: soc: qcom: qcom,pmic-glink: Document Eliza compatible

Document the compatible for the PMIC GLINK interface found on the
Qualcomm Eliza SoC.

It is fully compatible with the one found on SM8550, so use that as
fallback.
