[PROPOSAL] Penguin is too fat (and make your code readable)

Hey linus the old man, why is your penguin so fat? How many drivers
did it eat from the drivers folder

And for the love of GNUs sake PLEASE only make 1 VGA file, why is
there a trillion of them? im 14 and i have better plan making skills
than you, your VGA driver is so bloated, fix it now or else I will
keep the penguin hungry!

Also, fix your unreadable code, and dont you dare say "Comments are
often a sign of failure", that excuse is older than you and its not
efficient and wont convince me otherwise!! Atleast add more comments,
maybe your too old to add comments
