The term "Artificial Intelligence" is a marketing hype campaign.
I refuse to use the term or accept it.

To declare that this is the "era of" that marketing term
is even more extreme hype.  It declares a victory
that its proponents want us to consider inevitable.

Please join me in refusing to spread their hype.
