Failing on SM8350, but not on SM8250 (note, on SM8350 they also work
with FFmpeg, but fail with Gstreamer).

- VPSSPSPPS_A_MainConcept_1 (this one timeouts with ffmpeg on both
  SM8250 and SM 8350 and fails with Gstreamer on SM8350)

- vp90-2-22-svc_1280x720_1.webm (works with ffmpeg, fails with
