Add device tree support for the Variscite Symphony carrier board with
the VAR-SOM-MX91 system on module.

The Symphony board includes
- uSD Card support
- USB ports and OTG
- Additional Gigabit Ethernet interface
- Uart, ADC and I2C interfaces
- GPIO Expanders
- RTC module
- TPM module
- CAN peripheral
