[PATCH 4/7] KVM: SVM: adopt the same VMX_RUN_* flags as VMX

Rename VMX_RUN_* to KVM_ENTER_* (to not confuse with KVM_RUN_* that
already exists) and replace SVM's spec_ctrl_intercepted with that
same bitmask.
