[PATCH 3/4] arm64: dts: marvell: pxa1908: Add PSCI function IDs

Add function IDs for CPU_ON and CPU_OFF from vendor kernel source. This
is done for completeness and to allow PSCI to work on the occasion that
the DT is used with an ancient kernel.
