[PATCH 7/8] staging: rtl8723bs: rtw_btcoex_LPS_Enter() -> rtw_btcoex_lps_enter()

Renames rtw_btcoex_LPS_Enter to rtw_btcoex_lps_enter in order to conform
to kernel code style.

Found using checkpatch.pl.
