Introduce support for the HONOR MagicBook Art 14 laptop.

- Bluetooth
- Battery
- HDMI
- Touchpad
- Keyboard (with backlight)
- Touchscreen
- WiFi
- USB-C ports
- USB-A port
- UFS
- H/W accel

Untested:

- Camera
- Fingerprint reader
- Sleep/Suspend

Broken:

- eDP
- DP over USB-C
