I had two more changes lined up for v5 of this series:
- ptr = kmalloc(sizeof(struct foo, gfp);
+ ptr = kmalloc(sizeof(struct foo), gfp);
and
-The argument gfp is optional, the default value is GFP_KERNEL.
+The argument `gfp` is optional, the default value is `GFP_KERNEL`.
I don't know how to go forward with this.
