[PATCH v2] MAINTAINERS: move Yoshinori Sato to CREDITS

[Thorsten Blum]

Yoshinori Sato has not been active for a while and the listed email
address bounces. Remove Yoshinori Sato as SuperH maintainer and add a
CREDITS entry.
