[PATCH RFC 2/4] hazptrtorture: Add testing of on-stack hazptr_ctx structures

From: Paul E. McKenney

Date: Thu May 07 2026 - 12:59:56 EST

This commit adds a test using on-stack hazptr_ctx structures, in contrast
with the per-CPU structures used by the initial test.
