[POC PATCH 0/5] guest_memfd in-place conversion selftests for SNP

With these POC patches, I was able to test the set memory
attributes/conversion ioctls with SNP.

After allowing src_addr to be NULL, SNP_LAUNCH_UPDATE can accept NULL
for source address and the SNP VM runs fine. :)
