Well, while I was hoping we'd be shedding some pounds in the kernel [
insert "buff penguin" jpg ], I have to also admit that the 3c509 was
the one I had personally the fondest memories of, so I'm not unhappy
that it gets revived...

Not that I'd ever want to go back to using such things.
