linux-next: manual merge of the tip tree with the pm tree

Hi all,

Today's linux-next merge of the tip tree got conflicts in:

drivers/cpufreq/Kconfig.x86
drivers/cpufreq/Makefile

between commits:

6fb302d2109c8 ("cpufreq: elanfreq: Drop support for AMD Elan SC4*")

from the pm tree and commit:

435ef16e69b9d ("x86/cpu, cpufreq: Remove AMD ELAN support")

from the tip tree.

I fixed it up (see below) and can carry the fix as necessary. This
is now fixed as far as linux-next is concerned, but any non trivial
conflicts should be mentioned to your upstream maintainer when your tree
is submitted for merging. You may also want to consider cooperating
with the maintainer of the conflicting tree to minimise any particularly
complex conflicts.
