Addressed in RFC v3.

I dropped the explicit linux-iio and devicetree list entries from the new
MAINTAINERS section.

Addressed in RFC v3.

I removed the standalone MAINTAINERS patch and folded the MAINTAINERS updates
into the patches that add the corresponding files.
