Regarding your initial comment "Does Samsung Shikra CQM EVK have it? I 
guess no."
I checked internally and found that there is no Samsung specific Shikra 
board. Shikra (CQS and CQM) boards have this panel and i am upstreaming 
for the same boards.

I hope this clarifies the concern. Please let me know if you have any
