[PATCH v1 5/8] mtd: spi-nor: move spi_nor_post_bfpt_fixups() into sfdp

[Michael Walle]

Move spi_nor_post_bfpt_fixups() into the sfdp module because it's
really only needed there. While at it, add some documentation.
