[PATCH] CREDITS: Honor Mark Gross who recently was removed from MAINTAINERS

Mark was dropped from MAINTAINERS in commit 0123456789AB ("MAINTAINERS:
Drop Mark Gross") without adding him to CREDITS. Catch-up on that.

Hello,

Andrew correctly pointed out that I failed to add Mark to CREDITS in the
patch that removed him from MAINTAINERS
(https://lore.kernel.org/lkml/20260703173803.3589003-2-ukleinek@xxxxxxxxxx)
and asked to fix that. As Boris already applied here comes a separate
change to fix up. Feel free to squash into the original commit.

Note that the commit id in the commit log needs adaption because Boris's
commit isn't in next yet and I was too lazy to find the right tree and
branch to look it up.
