Work day and night we don’t care and Identify why T-bills (91 days, 182 days) and State government securities (longer tenure 5 years to 40 years) are excluded from brokeraage pledge?

We want immediate attention  and enquiry about why this bills are exclueded from pledging from brokarage accounts.
