I can confirm that disable GPU related nodes does allow CX to collapse.

Had a conversation with Taniya last week (off-list) about this.

I think there was a recent fix from Akhil that was supposed to fix the
GMU recovery, which will allow us to drop the pm_runtime_disable() from
gxclkctl.
