[GIT PULL] configfs for v7.3-rc1

Hi Linus,

Here are the changes for configfs for v7.3-rc1.

Changes in this pull request:

 - Update configfs MAINTAINERS entry. Breno Leitao will maintain
   configfs C code going forward. Andreas will continue maintaining
   configfs Rust parts.

Please pull for v7.3-rc1.

FYI, I expect Breno will send configfs fixes after rc1.
