[PATCH] MAINTAINERS: remove myself as THP co-maintainer

[Lorenzo Stoakes (ARM)]

Unfortunately my workload is such that I simply no longer have the time to
give THP the focus that it deserves.

So, at least temporarily, step down from the role.
