[PATCH 1/4] dt-bindings: arm: cpus: Add Oryon PartNum 3 CPU compatibles

Add core-specific compatibles for Qualcomm Oryon CPUs with PartNum 3
following the qcom,oryon-PART_NUM-VARIANT convention derived from
MIDR_EL1 and to be used on the Qualcomm Hawi SoC.
