The unprotect and reset sequences are identical on both
RZ/T2H and RZ/N1D. I checked the hardware manuals for both
devices and confirmed that the additional PRCMD write is
harmless on RZ/N1D as well.
 
I'll clarify this in the commit message in v4.

Also, I'll update the comment to avoid using the RZ/T2H-
specific register name "PRCMD".
