This is not accurate context because at this point pmt_telemetry is still
required to be built in when AET is in use. The inaccurate context makes
this seem like a bugfix.

nit: To keep things simple please always use the same term when referring
to the same thing. For example, so far the series used pmt_telemetry module
and now it switches to PMT module.
