[PATCH v3 3/3] firmware: qcom: scm: Allow QSEECOM on ThinkPad T14s Gen 7

Allow the use of QSEECOM on the Mahua-based Lenovo ThinkPad T14s Gen 7,
matching the pattern established for the Yoga Slim 7x Gen 11.
