[PATCH] scripts: macro_checker: match complete argument identifiers

The checker uses substring membership to decide whether a macro
argument is used. In '#define dummy(x) max(1, 2)', the x in 'max'
hides an unused parameter. Match the argument at identifier
boundaries so this simple false negative is reported.
