[PATCH 0/5] drm/msm/dpu: enable quad-pipe for DSC and dual-DSI case

This feels bad, but I ended up picking Jun's last remaining patch and
reworking it until it stopped producing issues in my hardware lab. This
patchset is based on Jun's v21.
