Hi Dave,

I test on a arm target (not qemu) all ndctl CXL regression tests passed 
with a 4K kernel, with a separate ndctl test log-collection race fix.

Patch 16 in v15 adds some cxl_hdm_unpack_decoder() checks covering range 
boundaries and overflow, zero-size and uncommitted decoders etc.

I'll add tests for cache refresh, reset restoration etc. in follow-up 
changes. It looks like they might need additional support changes.
