[PATCH v2 1/4] dt-bindings: arm: qcom: Add Talos Lyra EVK board

Add the qcom,talos-lyra-evk compatible string for the Talos Lyra EVK
board, which pairs the Talos Lyra EVK SoM with a common carrier board.
