You're right, and sorry -- that slipped.  The chain was ordered for
Krishnan submitting; I am the one sending these, so my Signed-off-by
has to be last.  The next revision uses:

On the versioning and changelog you are right as well, and I had
acknowledged the same to Conor: I restarted the numbering when I split
the single series into smaller ones, which I should not have.  The
next revision of this chunk is v6 and carries a "since v5" changelog.
It is the continuation of the v1-v5 series rather than a new
submission, which the cover's lineage links will make explicit.
