[PATCH v2 RESEND 2/3] ARM: dts: stm32: enable ARM SMC watchdog on ST STM32MP15 boards

On STM32MP15 boards from STMicroelectronics, the IWDG1 is secured
and monitored through OP-TEE.
Enable the arm,smc-wdt node on ST boards so Linux can control the
secure watchdog through SMC calls.
