According to the TDX Connect spec:
" This document outlines the system architecture specifications for Intel(r)
TDX Connect, a TDX extension technology for secure and efficient
integration with trusted I/O devices. "
So "trusted I/O" sounds a good fit here.
Or "TEE-I/O" is also clear, based on the TDISP spec:
"Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs) that include a composition of
resources from one or more devices and the host require mechanisms
to establish and manage trust relationships. Here we will use the term
TEE-I/O to refer to a conceptual framework for performing such operations."
