[git pull] drm fixes for 7.3 final

Hi Linus,
Last set of fixes, mostly amdgpu, some i915 and xe, I think the
dma-buf revert is probably the most important, while technically
correct the fallout from it, means we shouldn't do it now and fix the
fallout first.
