[PATCH v1] arm: Kconfig: Fix spelling mistakes in help text

Fix two spelling mistakes in Kconfig help text:
 - arch/arm64/Kconfig: 'unexepected' -> 'unexpected'
 - arch/arm/mach-sti/Kconfig: 'targetted' -> 'targeted'
